What You Have

  • 1–3 years in SaaS support; excellent written English.

  • Systems thinker who documents first, guesses never.

  • Calm under pressure; empathetic and concise.

  • Basic HTML/CSS console skills, ticket automation, help-center tooling.

  • Coordinate handoffs between Editors, Success, and Clients.

What You Have

  • Rock-solid organization and communication.

  • Comfortable in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, task tools.

  • Reliable internet, confidentiality, and speed.

Nice to Haves

  • Basic editing (CapCut/Canva), prompt basics, Airtable/Notion.
