Join the core product team building Agency Xcelerator—the AI marketing CRM that powers six–seven figure creator agencies. You’ll ship features across model management, content workflows, integrations, and analytics that replace “tool sprawl” with one intelligent system.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build end-to-end product features (from schema → API → UI) for CRM, automation, and analytics.

• Integrate third-party platforms (auth, webhooks, storage, messaging, payments) into seamless workflows.

• Ship clean, accessible UIs for staff/model dashboards and content pipelines.

• Collaborate with design, data, and success to turn customer pain points into elegant product.

• Champion reliability, observability, and security-by-default across the stack.

What You Have

• 3+ years building production web apps (TypeScript/React/Next.js or similar; Node/Python/Go).

• Strong API design and data modeling (Postgres/BigQuery/OLAP familiarity).

• Experience with cloud infra (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, testing, monitoring.

• Product mindset: you care about outcomes, not just tickets.

Nice to Haves

• Event-driven systems, queues, background jobs.

• Analytics engineering (dbt/ELT), charting dashboards.

• Experience in creator/marketing tooling.
