What You’ll Be Doing

• Build prompt pipelines and tool-using agents for CRM automations.

• Design retrieval/eval loops to keep outputs accurate and safe.

• Partner with data to surface “what’s wrong / what to fix next.”

• Ship internal libraries for reusable AI components.

What You Have

• Hands-on with modern LLMs (OpenAI/Anthropic/etc.) and LangChain/LlamaIndex or similar.

• Strong Python/TypeScript; refs to real agent/eval work.

• Clear thinking on safety, robustness, and observability.

Nice to Haves

• RAG at scale, vector DBs, fine-tuning/LoRA, analytics engineering.
