Customer Success Manager (Agency)
Your Opportunity
Be the strategic partner for our agencies. You’ll own onboarding, workflow mapping, KPI reviews, and adoption—proving Xcelerator’s value with data, not adjectives.
What You’ll Be Doing
Map each client’s funnel; configure modules (Models, Staff, Content, Analytics).
Run success plans and QBRs; turn insights into action playbooks.
Drive feature adoption; capture VOC for product roadmap.
Create templates, loom guides, and best-practice libraries.
What You Have
3+ years in CS/Account Management for SaaS/MarTech.
Analytics fluency; you speak dashboards and KPIs.
High EQ communicator; crisp writing, tight follow-through.
Comfortable pushing for process change (politely, firmly).
Nice to Haves
Creator/agency experience, onboarding at B2B SaaS, SQL/Looker/dbt familiarity.
