Own the editing pipeline for high-impact short-form (Reels/TikTok/Shorts). Your cuts, pacing, captions, and story beats will directly improve funnel performance across our customers’ brands.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Edit 9:16 short-form with hooks, kinetic captions, meme overlays, and sound design.

• Create A/B variants to test hooks, CTAs, and pacing.

• Maintain brand kits across multiple creators; deliver export-ready assets to scheduling.

• Collaborate with AI & Content teams to streamline source → edit → publish.

What You Have

• Portfolio proving viral-capable pacing and retention (please include links).

• Pro in Premiere/Final Cut/Resolve; strong captioning and motion basics.

• Clear understanding of platform nuances (IG/TikTok/Twitter).

• Organized, fast, consistent.

Nice to Haves

• After Effects/MOGRTs, sound mixing, thumbnail design.

• Basic prompt writing for AI b-roll or upscales.
